My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, although a bit noisy due to street sounds. The view of the sea from the room was incredible. However, there were some maintenance issues with the A/C that needed attention. The location is simply spectacular, with access to the beach just steps away. While the service was friendly and attentive, there were a few lapses in providing information at check-in. Dining had its ups and downs, with some delicious dishes but also leading to tummy upsets. Overall, a mixed experience with a lot of positives and a few negatives.

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and after a 20-minute wait in line, we were assigned a room with a balcony, which was perfect for us. The location is fantastic with a spectacular view, but the waiting time at the pools terrace was a downside. Overall, a good experience in Mazatlan.
